Ask your OB which psychiatrist on your insurance he'd feel comfortable teaming with to manage anti-anxiety medications. See a psychologist for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & other techniques. In the 3rd trimester, interview pediatricians for " goodness of fit" with your level of parenting anxiety.
