Remove it: Most non functioning gallbladders are a result of a stone blocking the GB duct. A laparoscopic GB removal will solve the problem for good.

VERY sharp painful pains past 3 days mid ab over belly button area size about the LxW of whole hand. Thought gas, but its been 3 days & gas x didnt help. Had BM today so no obstruct. Area of gallbladder and appendix NOT in pain. No nausea/fever?
