I have a wound,that has completely healed,except for one edge which has grey spots.i saw a dr & used "actisorb silver" what are the grey spots from?

Necrotic tissue: Most likely that is a necrotic tissue not healing well either the body trying to reject material inside or the tissue was cooked too much and not enough perfusion or blood supply to heal if no improvement your surgeon might decide to excised the bad tissue and approximate the new healthy tissue together
