Yes: Most likely sub mental lymph node. It is not uncommon. Check other neck areas- both sides of neck, submandibular area, and front and back of both ear as well as bilateral supraclavicular area for any similar bump. If negative then this bump is a normal but enlarged node and just monitor for any change.
