How long can trichomoniasis survive if acquired during oral sex?

Trichomoniasis: It is spread primarily through vaginal sex. There is evidence that it could be spread through mutual masturbation. Trichomoniasis generally cannot be contracted through oral or anal sex, so it's usually passed from woman to woman, woman to man, or man to woman, but not man to man.

Usually not: contracted that way. The normal routes of transmission for Trichomoniasis are penis to vagina, vagina to penis or vagina to vagina. It would be quite uncommon for the infection to affect anus or mouth.
