A member asked:

Is a upper normal heart size common and what does that mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Get an echo: Upper normal limit is not normal and not common in a 27 year old, but, if it's based on a chest x-ray, it's not reliable. Ask your doctor for an echo. (comment: if you failed to take a really good deep breath at the moment they took your chest x-ray, it will falsely make your heart appear to be larger than it really is).
