Yes: Yes, I don't find any research that has Ibuprofen listed as a med to not take before an exercise or nuclear stress test. Just try to avoid caffeine for the 24 hours prior to the test, including over the counter medications like Excedrin, NoDoz, or diet pills, and foods like chocolate and strawberries.There are several heart medications to avoid the day of and before as well but check with your doc
