Adhd vs depression: The child needs a thorough medical evaluation with your PCP before relying on a teacher to diagnose your child. For instance, allergies could disrupt our child's sleep leading to poor school performance.

Poor performance: Kids do their best if well rested, well fed, not ill and in familiar surroundings. When these are good, you need to evaluate the kid for their skills and learning styles.Impairments in learning, memory, focus, etc all lead to learning difficulties. A visit with an educational psychologist for learning testing would be needed.Kids can also have issues that benefit from counseling.
