I have a huge bruise on the inside of my arm. my wrist is very sore to the touch and has swelling. should i get an xray or just wrap it?

Depends: Did you fall or have other significant trauma. If so, x-ray probably prudent to exclude a fracture. Even if you don't remember, it sounds like you have pretty significant symptoms. At the least, I would see your doctor and let him evaluate it.
