On flight landing i had pain in ear and neck. a week after i have random painful headache everyday w neck pain, jaw pain, throbbing in my ear/mucus moving, watery eyes and runny nose on 1 side?

You have infection: Bacterial infections of the middle ear and sinuses are never symmetrical and if not treated long enough or with the right antibiotic they will smoulder along for months, develop drug resistance, and continue to cause vague symptoms. Ideally you should be treated with Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) or Cefuroxime for a solid two weeks.
