Yes.and other things: Deconditioning is probably the most common cause of generalized weakness, or feeling of chronic fatigue. By varying yu mean that sometimes strong and alert, then something more unusual, and needs to be worke up. Start reconditioning. Best way is aerobic activity, such as a brisk walk up slight incline 30 minutes daily; long muscle exercises, drink 8 glasses water/fruit juice daily, get enuf sleep.
