Is this a: chest xray finding? It means there is possible enlargement of a part of the hilum, which is located in the central part of the lung, where the pulmonary blood vessels emerge from the heart.Usually this is just due to anatomic variations of the blood vessels, but it could also be due to adenopathy, a pulmonary circulatory abnormality, or mass.Talk to your doc, you may need a chest CT to sort it out
