Have it checked: It depends on where it is. It may be nothing other than a dried up blood blister that is flat especially because you are on BCP. If it gets bigger or changes, have it checked.

Blood blister? wart?: It could be a blood blister or possibly a wart, watch it for a few days and if it is not gone,see a podiatrist.
