Trauma?Inflammation?: It needs to be evaluated as you are 60 years old.It can come from trauma,especially if you also have osteoporosis which can result in fracture.Other possibility is inflammation.There are other causes as well I will advice you get it checked by your doctor,you naad a thorough examination and may need imaging like Xrays and/or MRI etc.
