Get tested: If you have regular menstrual cycles, then this bleeding may represent the implantation of your fecunded egg. On other words your egg reached , penetrated by sperm and getting attached to your uterus. You should visit your doctor for an exam and likely he/ she will perform a urine/ blood pregnancy tests to confirm this possibility
