Is it possible for anxiety to give you bad chest pain and discomfort in arms my dr said it's anxiety i find it hard to believe with my everyday pain?

Maybe: It's a diagnosis of exclusion. At age 24, it's extremely unlikely to be related to your heart but there are other diagnoses to be considered like peptic ulcer disease and various forms of arthritis that can affect young adults.
