Not likely.: Hair fall has numerous causes, so it is hard to say if this product will help. Salicylic acid is a product that can be helpful is seborrheic dermatitis (inflamed dandruff), which sometimes can cause mild hair loss. Look at the ingredients of this product. If is has clobetasol in it, I would not use it except under the care of a dermatologist. This is a strong cortisone that can thin the skin.
