Hi doctors, was just wondering what is good for dry skin and dry snappy hair..?

Lotion,vitamins: use hand/body lotion for dry skin after each wash with soap; consider Eucerin, Nivea, for DRY skin; start taking Centrum vitamin 1 tabl a day; avoid soaking your hands frequently in water Hair- get a hairstylist to trim the dry edges; use shampoo and conditoner for dry hair 2 x a week; avoid washing your hair every day; try every 3rd or 4th day; let your hair dry naturally and avoid blow dry;

Dry skin: Avoid lengthy showers w hot water (warm is better). Oil-based moisturizers hydrate skin. Moisturize skin often. Hydrate well – especially w water. Eat a nutritious diet.
