Residual pain: It is likely that residual pain is present in that area where your testicle was removed because either scar tissue formed which could be causing traction (tugging) on normal tissues which are still receiving sensory input from nerves that remain or by some other means the physical activity of exercise could be changing blood/fluid flow dynamics causing pain in that area.
