Could be normal: Post pregnancy periods can vary in intensity. Did you breast feed? I wouldn't worry about it unless it is prolonged, worsening, or frequent with upcoming periods. See your Ob/gyn for follow up as needed. If you have ovarian cancer as indicated in the profile, I would say just go ahead and make an appointment to follow up with your Ob/gyn.

Normal : It wouldn't be very unusual to have blood clots and cramping with your period after delivery. However if bleeding is severe you should be seen.
