A member asked:

What symptoms would i have if my problem i have of trivial pulmonary and trivial mitral regurgitation worsened . ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Trivial is common: The findings of trivial mitral and pulmonary regurgitation is essentially a normal finding on echo, what many call physiologic regurgitation. It would be very unlikely that this would progress to significant valve disease anytime soon, however the symptoms of significant mitral regurgitation may be shortness or breath, fatigue, palpitations, chest pressure.
