My left ear is clogged i feel it pop when i yawn but nothing i do is helping. i've had sinus allergies and am taking meds what can i do?

Eustachian tube: The feeling in the left ear may be due to fluid in the middle ear space. The fact that a popping occurs when you yawn is the Eustachian tube opening. You don't tell us what meds you are on. Is there a hearing loss? Has an ENT doctor looked at your ear? The answer to your question and I have emphasized this so often is that you need a diagnosis before any physician can give you advice.
