Check ABCD/ Melanoma: Moles are usually benign unless they begin to change color, size or borders. Mixtures of colors and border irregularity(read up on ABCD of Moles/melanoma) are signs to look for a dangerous mole. If it is one uniform color and has a round border then it is unlikely to be a melanoma.
