No : Surgeons, radiologists, internal medicine and family practice doctors do. Hospitalists and anesthesiologists do also. Pediatricians and obstetricians do. Sorry to ones i left out. Being a doctor is hard work.

Definitely not: As far as shift work goes, er docs and hospitalists (often internists) are different that way. Many other specialists are on call on nights and weekends which can amount to a few phone calls to a load of work.
