How high of a risk is it to never have kids again after a abortion, and a miscarriage 7 before?

What risk?: I'm not sure what risk you are talking about. You can certainly go through life and not have kids and be just fine. It sounds to me from your question you have had pregnancies where things have not gone well. These can be as risky as well. If I'm reading your question wrong, please clarify. But if you decide to not have kids, no problem to your health.

Confusing question: Do you mean risk to fertility if she had an abortion and a MC 7 years ago ? I so, that story by itself does not mean she can't have kids. The human uterus can recover from these events and be ready for business again. If the abortion were botched or she had another reason the equipment wouldn't work for some other reason it could be a problem,
