Testosterone: No, they both can boost testosterone levels. The AndroGel is much more expensive usually. Both have a lot of risks, such as increased risk of heart attacks, stroke, blood clots, increased PSA, prostate enlargement. Talk with you doctor about these risks before starting therapy. Good luck!

The studies : I've seen showed the gel has given a steadier more stable level over the treatment duration. Talk to your doctor to see which is best for you. Cost is an issue as well.
