Low testosterone: There are creams, gels, patches, and monthly shots to replace testosterone. They all work equally well. It is just a matter of your personal preference as to how you like to take the medicine.

Choice is Yours: The best therapy to treat hypogonadism is that which you can afford and are willing to take for a long time. Testosterone injections are inexpensive but does require a shot. Androgel, axiron, Fortesta & testim are creams/gels/sol'n but expensive. Compounded creams are less so. All can render you infertile. So if you want to maintain sperm production, you'll need to consider Clomiphene or hcg.
