Technically: Technically you are at high risk because you have had a preterm birth. However, it is fairly common for twins to deliver early. Whether or not it is appropriate for you to use progesterone, is a conversation you need to have with your OB, and possibly an MFM doctor.

Not high risk: Don't think you are at high risk at age 30 if you get pregnant again. Don't think you need Progesterone although you could use it for birth control if wanted.
