RUQ pain: It sounds from your history that your gallbladder has been removed. It could be adhesions from the previous surgery that is causing a partial bowel obstruction, it seems less likely but possible to be an inflammation of the small bowel. A CT scan of the abdomen with oral and IV contrast may help to make the diagnosis.
