Could be an STD: You could have an STD. In particular, urethritis & cervicitis, both of which could cause some of the symptoms you are describing, are caused by gonorrhea, chlamydia, mycoplasma genitalium, ureaplasma, and other infections. Trichomonas and a yeast infection could cause pain and itching, though not usually spotting. Please see a doctor and get tested soon, as delaying can have serious consequences.
