No certainty: Since it appears you do have the Implanon as birth control, this makes your periods difficult to predict, and they often are longer or shorter than you were used to before the continuous hormone was in your system. Time between periods can vary widely and and spotting inbetween periods is very common. None of this is harmful to your body. Talk to your doc about removal if it bothers you too much.
