What to do if i had my tragus pierced 4 month ago the bump is fine but my tragus is very thick and hard not to sore though but looks like whole tragus swoll?

Tragus: Remove piercing. You may need to have surgery to reduce cartlidge. It can occur when you traumatize cartilidge it thickens and scars.
