So plenty of fluids, rest and fresh air, as for the skin itself, try bathing with cream soap, pat don't smear your body dry, use a moisturizer right away while still in bathroom to trap the moisture when the skin is still wet, cut finger nails as short as you can, so as to avoid scratching while asleep
