You answered it: You have answered the question - surgery, control of phosphate. This is what we might call an orphan disease. The problem is that there are only a few people with this to generate a nucleus for therapy studies. We have tried a variety of attempts to control these large calcium deposits. Unfortunately your answer is still the best approach.
