Read labels: There are many products available that contain neither. If you read the package of products it will list common allergens near the bottom of the contents. Beware of "wheat" but many also specify gluten free, Acquire a magazine "Allergic Living" that has articles and contact information for those living with these issues. There are also many net sites that provide basic info.
