Use your mind/body: At all stages of dementia strengthening brain connections (called synapses) is the goal. We do not have proven therapies in humans with dementia that can do this. However, any type of physical or mental exercize will help you feel better at any stage of dementia. Aroma therapy, pet therapy, music therapy are but a few modalities I recommend. Contact with 'happy people' and engage them.
