If you want dentures: If you want a fighting chance to keep your teeth relatively intact for a lifetime, then my suggestion is to brush and floss twice a day and visit your dentist at least twice a year. Not brushing allows bacteria to build up, resulting in decay, periodontitis, and halitosis.

It is not OK: The right question is how often do you really need to brush your teeth? And the answer is ideal brush after every meal. Take care.
