If you want dentures: If you want a fighting chance to keep your teeth relatively intact for a lifetime, then my suggestion is to brush and floss twice a day and visit your dentist at least twice a year. Not brushing allows bacteria to build up, resulting in decay, periodontitis, and halitosis.
