Fragrance "allergy": More details please. Are you saying use of a household aerosol scent was associated with upper respiratory symptoms? Many find fragrances quite irritating and trigger rhinitis. It can be very specific; patients have told me only certain perfumes or colognes bother them - after I point out that I notice they are wearing fragrance during the office visit.
