You may rate very: high on IQ testing but have difficulty relating to others. IQ is a genetic gift often unwrapped in an enriched environment. Makes a person no better or worse than anyone else. Please see a mental health professional for the antisocial part, which can be treated but takes work in between sessions to develop empathy and behaviors that help one relate. Peace and good health.

Antisocial: The hallmark of this disorder is the person seems to have no conscience, or sense of morality, or right or wrong. This person cannot empathize with others, is opportunistic, predatory, and often thrill seeking. An example of this would be Charles Manson. Genius is thought of as having an IQ in excess of 140 points, in reference to intelligence. These are two unrelated, separate terms.
