What sort of problem is antisocial personality disorder?

Personality disorder: This disorder in adults is characterized by impulsiveness, irresponsible and brash behavior, lack of remorse, irritability, aggressiveness, and disregard for social norms and the law. It's the personality disorder associated with criminal offenders (through not all criminals have aspd and vice versa), and can be diagnosed by a psychiatrist.

Antisocial: The hallmark of this disorder is the person seems to have no conscience, or sense of morality, or right or wrong. This person cannot empathize with others, is opportunistic, predatory, and often thrill seeking. An example of this would be Charles Manson.
