Oral piercing: Rinse your mouth out after each time you eat and before you got o bed at night. Antibacterial mouthwash without alcohol is often used. Do not smoke, use chewing tobacco, drink alcohol, French kiss or give oral sex during healing.

Frenulum piercing: That is self mutilation beyond reason. Did you have this dangerous and invasive procedure dome by a surgeon? if so, then consult him or her, if not then ask the person who helped you mutilate yourself in the back of a salon with god knows what kind of instrument. I suggest you do to the ER and have the metal inserted into your mouth removed and be placed on antibiotics and hopefully you survive.

You have an open: wound in your mouth for at least two weeks. Avoid spicy foods or alcohol. clean with 1/2 peroxide 1/2 water. Avoid manipulation other than to gently turn pierce twice a day.
