Not spcifically: Meth destroys the body in general. I am not aware of anything particular to meth, except for sudden high blood pressure which can hurt the eye.

Impairment is common: Alterations in blood pressure and vasoconstriction of retinal vessels can lead to vision impairment and even blindness. Anticholinergic activity and noradrenergic over activity lead to dry eye and dilated pupils. Dopamine alterations in the brain lead to visual (and auditory) hallucinations. Dry eye is common. Need any more reasons not to use?
