Better idea: You'll get the body you want when you adjust your lifestyle. There's no magic pill that will help long-run. One key is making friends with fitness types who will include you in their activities and with whom you can eat -- this will help you reprogram how you think about food and exercise. Until then, avoid fatty, greasy, and salty stuff and the food that folks tend to overeat.
