ER: It depends on where your pain is. Lower right abdomen - could be appendix. Upper right abdomen - could be gall bladder. Middle upper abdomen - could be stomach ulcer. Lower left abdomen - could be colitis. No matter what, all need evaluation by a doctor and appropriate treatment!
