No set rule, ...: How was varicocelectomy done? If uneventful through inguinal miscroscopic or laparoscopic approach or spermatic venous embolization, it virtually requires no practical need for suspensory bandage, but still advised to wear for some 1 wk or so. If through "outdated" trans-scrotal approach, it may need 2+ weeks, depending postop swelling. For individual detail, ask surgeon timely to meet your need.
