That's junk: Anybody offering you a special diet based on your blood type is a charlatan. Ignore this stuff -- it has no scientific basis. Life's difficult enough without having to put a limit on your healthy eating habits because of something that a charlatan made up to sell a fantasy book. Vegetables, all in all, are good for you -- in fact, for most of us they're a key part of healthy eating.
