Please suggest what foods do you eat to make blood count higher?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Foods rich in iron..: If a person has a low red blood cell count, that is sometimes associated with insufficient dietary iron intake. Eating foods that are rich in iron may help. Examples of some foods that are rich in iron include: beef, liver, sardines, tuna, spinach, broccoli, raisins, and tomatoes. Eating foods that are rich in vitamin c may also help to absorb iron from other food stuffs. Hope this helps.
