After another tragedy, do conservatives again promote that everyone who becomes violent has mental health?

Logical Error: This is about common logical errors humans make: We tend to ignore (or are unaware of) the fact that the vast majority of people struggling w/mental health challenges DO NOT EVER become violent. Instead we focus on the relatively very small number of people w/mental health problems who DO become violent. We conclude that those prone to violence represent ALL people w/mental health problems.
