Probably none: Most Americans get the daily vitamins they need with eating. Vitamins, particularly multi-vitamins, are useless. They usually do not hurt you. Unless you are a strict vegetarian, pregnant, on a restricted diet, are currently fighting cancer or some other illness, or have a definite proven deficiency, they are only good for the sellers. Save your money and get a gym membership for best results
