Caffeine : Yes, caffeine is a mild stimulant for some people, but not all. It is, however very effective in cnotrolling headaches, especially tension headaches. The amount of caffeine in one tablet of fiorinal (aspirin butalbital and caffeine) is equivalent to 1 1/2 cups coffee.
